CAREER ASSESSMENT & COUNSELING

Choosing the right subjects and career path can feel overwhelming. Career assessment and counselling provides a supportive, structured process for learners to understand their values, interests, strengths, personality and career possibilities. Using discussion, psychometric assessment, and personalised guidance, learners gain greater self-awareness and clarity to make informed subject and career decisions. The process aims to build confidence and equip learners with the insight needed to plan meaningful educational and career pathways aligned with their unique career aspirations and potential.

ACADEMIC COACHING

Academic coaching provides personalised support to high school learners who feel overwhelmed, unmotivated, or uncertain about managing the demands of their studies. Through a collaborative and practical approach, learners develop effective study habits, time management, organisation, goal setting, motivation, and academic resilience. Coaching also helps learners better understand their learning process, identify barriers to success, and implement strategies that improve confidence, wellbeing, and academic performance, empowering them to navigate their educational journey with greater independence and success.
