Dr Mitchell is an experienced clinical psychologist with over a decade of expertise across psychiatric settings, higher education, the non-profit sector and in private practice. Specialising in working with adults, adolescents and couples, he provides compassionate care for a range of psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma and grief, and responding to the challenges of daily life. Dr Mitchell combines evidence-based therapies with a client-centred approach, fostering resilience and well-being.

Counselling Psychologist & Life Coach
Counselling psychologist, life coach and breast cancer survivor. With two decades of experience in higher education supporting students to navigate career pathways, life decisions, and personal development goals, Kim brings a warm, holistic, developmental approach to her psychology and coaching practice that focuses on fostering connection and personal agency, putting people in control of their own journeys. With a special interest in integrative oncology and women's health and wellbeing, she provides a safe space where women and cancer survivors can reconnect with their inner life, rediscover their strengths and heal in ways that nourish the whole person. Kim's work is rooted in compassion, grounded in holistic wellbeing, and shaped by a belief that healing is a process beyond medical intervention and is possible for everyone.
